All our first aid training courses are fully regulated by Ofqual and FAA and result in national recognised qualifications. Our trainers are highly experienced in both teaching and training, with highly interactive, in-depth and practical courses.
Training is essential for reducing the risk of a workplace accident. Developing a positive health and safety culture will ensure that your business is complying with the legal duty to protect employees. Training should not be a one-off event and should be integrated into your company and regularly updated and managed.
The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work, these regulations apply to all workplaces.
At Advanced Safety Group, we provide ongoing, cost-effective health and safety training to businesses of all shapes and sizes across the UK. Delivering course material for low risk environments such as office spaces and how to administer first aid in high risk industries.
A well-managed training programme will also help to develop a positive health and safety culture within the business as well as helping to ensure that the business meets with its legal duty to protect the health, safety and welfare of its employees.
Health and safety training can sometimes be over looked; however, a business must ensure that their managers, supervisors and all employees are provided with specific work-related training in relation to the companies’ health and safety policies and procedures.
