Half Day – First Aid Annual Refresher Course

Course Overview

HSE strongly recommends that qualified first aiders and emergency first aiders undergo a first aid refresher each year so they can keep their skills up to date.

The HSE have advised that a 3-year gap between training can result in a lack of first aid competence in the workplace which ultimately puts everyone at risk. This is particularly significant in high risk environments and/or large workforces with identified/likely pre-existing medical conditions.

It is designed for anyone who wishes to refresh their existing first aid at work training. The HSE strongly recommends that all first aiders holding a valid first aid at work or emergency first aid at work certificate complete an annual skills update.

This course is suitable for First Aiders, Emergency First Aiders, Paediatric First Aiders, Emergency Paediatric First Aiders and Activity First Aiders.
